Introduction to the "plastic raw materials" primarily handled by Daikyo Chemical.
We would like to introduce the "plastic raw materials" primarily handled by Daikyo Chemical Co., Ltd.
Naphtha, which is derived from the distillation and refining of crude oil, the main raw material for plastics, is further decomposed and refined to produce ethylene and propylene, which are then chemically reacted to produce substances such as polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP).
The general term for these products (polymers) is plastics.
The "plastic raw materials" we handle include general-purpose resins such as low-density polyethylene (LDPE), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and polypropylene (PP), as well as functional resins such as thermoplastic elastomers (TPE), polyamide (PA, also known as nylon), and ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH).

■ Polypropylene (PP)
■ Elastomers (TPE, etc.)
■ Fluororesins (ETFE, etc.)
